The studio features a comfortable queen bed, a sofa, and a workspace with a desk and two chairs - perfect for both relaxation and remote work. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a two-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils, providing everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV and high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
The recreation deck on the 6th floor includes a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ area with picnic tables, fitness facility ($ One-time Fee), ice machine.
***Please be advised that the 6th-floor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and surrounding pool deck areas at Island Colony will be temporarily closed for annual maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.

Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
