Welcome to your beautiful island getaway! This spacious 1-bedroom condo was completely gutted and tastefully renovated in December 2022, creating a comfortable and stylish retreat designed for relaxation.
With 500 sq. ft. of interior living space plus a generous 120 sq. ft. private lanai, there’s plenty of room to unwind. The condo is fully furnished and features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, making it easy to enjoy a meal at home between your island adventures.
The bedroom offers a comfortable King-size bed, while a smaller futon sleeper. For your comfort and convenience, the condo also includes Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a split-system A/C.
Located on the 9th floor, the condo overlooks the beautiful Ilikai courtyard, yacht harbor, and Pacific Ocean. Step onto your private lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee and take in the peaceful harbor and ocean views. As the day winds down, the lanai becomes the perfect place to enjoy dinner, sip a cocktail, and watch the sun set over the yacht harbor.
Whether you're relaxing at home or exploring the island, this thoughtfully renovated condo offers a comfortable home base with beautiful views and everything you need for a memorable vacation.
AMENITIES
We've provided everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay. The unit includes cable TV, high-speed internet, and secure WIFI access. To help you get started, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish soap, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. These items are intended to get you through your arrival and are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with four sets of towels, and additional blankets can be found in the bedroom closets. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience. Housekeeping services are available during your stay for an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like to arrange service.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Guests have access to two swimming pools: the main pool located on the lobby level and a quieter lounge pool on the second floor. Card-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor, and 24-hour security is on-site for added peace of mind. Valet parking is available for $45 per day (rates are subject to change). Looking to stay active during your visit? Fitness center access is available for an additional fee and can be purchased directly at the hotel front desk. Current rates are $8 per day, $50 per week, or $150 per month (rates subject to change).

Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00pm, excluding weekends and holidays.
