Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 3/2/2026 - 3/13/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in December 2026
Wake up to a gorgeous view of paradise from your very own private lanai. Unit was recently renovated and features an updated kitchen, bathroom, and flooring! Enjoy the beautiful sunset overlooking the yacht harbor while relaxing on the spacious lanai. The condo comes with a comfortable King bed.
AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

You’ll save when you book direct with Marina Hawaii Vacations. The condos are privately owned & constructions and/or other building shut downs may occur during your stay. Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
