Come back after a long day of enjoying the island to sip on a maitai or your evening meal. You'll never get tired of the views from the condo and you can view the Friday night fireworks off your lanai!

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Great location , excellent view , very quiet .Lifts come straight away .only a few minutes to the beach and most bus stops just out side .If you arrived early or staying late and the room wasn't available its only $2 per a bag at the luggage storage in the ground floor lobby .

Really enjoyed having Main, Bathers and Garbage Elevators so close to our room.Also easy access to Laundry Room is a great feature since we were here for one month and used the Laundry regularly. We will stay in 1314 again from late August to the last week in October so we will put the amenities to good use again. We liked our view of the Ocean as well as our pool area view.The room itself was easy to maintain as well. Plenty of towels, enough kitchen utensils since we cook in our room quite often on our trips. We adjusted to the pots and pans in the kitchen and bought some paper plates for meals with friends. We appreciate the drying Rack on the Lanai and used it most days we were there. Probably our favorite feature are the 2 large ceiling fans. They are so efficient and quiet we are able to use them and not have to keep using the air conditioner. We never turned it on.Since we are staying in late Summer intoearly Fall, we expect to be using our air conditioner since the Sun will be lowerand temperatures will be warmer at that time of year. The nice part is we can use the pull down Shades during the day when it is the warmest.The only drawback for us is having 2 Lanai tables.They take a lot of space and we don't use both of them often. We could use another large chair for sitting on the Lanai, but can adjust if needs be. Thanks to the Ladies in your office for being very prompt response to any and all situations including Cable problems or whatever comes up. We especially like Sabrina, since she has been our go to person. Bill, the maintenance man is always helpful if problems with the roomarise. Plus help is prompt when we need it. These rooms are old so having Bill near at hand is comforting. Hoping all of you are well and prospering. Aloha from Mara and John, see you in the Fall.

Loved the view, hula show, fireworks, convenience for walking and bus rides, clean and comfortable bed, kitchen having everything we needed but a wine cooks crew which we bought and donated to the drawer!

The 5 stars are for the service provided by Marina Hawaii Vacations staff and for the condo unit itself.The staff were very professional yet kind and undwrstandingRe condo, this particular unit has been the best sockef that we have rented anywhere ... we were most appreciative for the scissors which we used several times during our almost 3 week stay.We chose the location due to its location .. close to a good swimming beach ... while a short walk to Ala Moana shopping mall ... and yet still a pleasant walk to the heart ofWaikiki ... MAHALO NUI LOA to Marina hawaii Vacation team!!!!Now for what the staff had no control over yet anyone renting gin the near term should be aware of ... the noise created by the striking Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel staff is VERY loud and us tight below the lagoon facing units .. so the chanting .. bull horns ..drums .. whistles .. air horns ... nonstop relentless for 16_17 hrs a day from 6am .. a few days it was 7am ...until 10pm at night ... comes straight up from the road into the condo unit .. even with doors closed and TV on

This place is fantastic! Even better than the photos. Nice view of surrounding pools and properties and a great place to see all the various boats coming and going from the active harbor. Very comfortable studio with a nice kitchen. New kitchen appliances, countertops, cabinets. Clean 'Pergo' wood floors. Basic bathroom with a shower. The deck seems to be about 6 feet by 16 feet (plenty of room) with dual sliding glass doors which make the whole place feel like you're outside if you like. Floor to ceiling glass wall for excellent views. Very airy and light. The building, lobby, pools, and grounds are nicely maintained. The facility feels much more like a hotel than VRBO with nice staff and vibrant entrance with valet parking etc. The photos are accurate, and actually, I think the place is nicer than the photos. It's exactly as advertised and I'd stay there again anytime. 3/4 view of the fireworks show which the neighboring hotel fires off on Friday nights. Key code door so you don't need to worry about keys. Easy access to beaches, lagoon, pools, marina, etc.

We originally booked another property but were told it was having issues with the ac. The property manager was quick to find this property as an alternative, all in short notice. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfect for our needs as we spent very little time in the room. Great view! 2 pools were nice to have only wish was a jacuzzi! Recommend this property as well as the property management company!

We had a greatc family stay at the Ilikai… the toddler depth pool was perfect and the apartment was comfortable with incredible views and with well stocked kitchen facilities which made it easy to save a little $$ in expensive Waikiki! The divider to seperate the bedroom was super handy too. Great vacation rental.

I had a great stay at the Ilikai Tower in Honolulu. It was an easy bus ride (Bus 20) from the airport and the stop was directly in front of the hotel - perfect. The unit was exactly as described and well appointed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and you never got blasted by the sun as it was perfectly shaded. The unit and the grounds were very clean and there were lots of food choices within walking distance. It was a perfect stay.

Very nice view from the room. The room was clean. Had WiFi and cable. Smart tv to watch Apps. A little out dated and maybe a headboard would be nice but I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Hotel was very nice as well, good food onsite, waffle cone ice cream that’s really good, nice stores with great prices. In the heart of Waikiki and walking distance to many things. Was able to catch the Trolly stop and ride from right outside the hotel.

Amazing view from this condo. The unit was very nice, and I would definitely stay here again. It was just me, and I didn't really do any cooking. I think it might be crowded for 4 people. The management staff was very responsive. The pool was warm and great for swimming. I would suggest bringing a sleep mask, since the window shades let in light at night, if that bothers you. Also, I think the mid-stay cleaning was not worth it. Other than getting clean sheets and towels, the level of cleaning is something you can do yourself instead of paying $75.00. They did not even wash the floor. Overall a great place to stay!

The property view was outstanding the room size was good. Location was very good to most everything you needed. A bit disappointed as picture was a bit deceiving. It was renovated but quite some time ago. Feel all the mirrors should be removed off the walls. The room cleanliness could have been better as it was very dusty behind furniture. I think under the stove and fridge needs to be addressed. However that being said we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others wanting to stay in the area
