This condo has a minimum stay requirement of 6 months.
AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location. Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour. Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
