AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada.
To get you started, we provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials, including liquid dish soap, a dishwasher detergent packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note that these amenities are not replenished after the starter supply is used.  Each bathroom is stocked with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach towels are also provided in the condo for your convenience.  Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are two 40-story towers and the towers are connected on the 11th floor recreation deck.  The recreation deck has an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, and sunbathing deck.  The BBQ area is located on the 5th floor.  Secured building entry and 24/7 security. 

Marina Hawaii Vacations has been providing travelers with fully furnished condo rentals since 1965.  Book with confidence as we only provide legal vacation rental in Waikiki & the surrounding areas.  You’ll save when you book direct with Marina Hawaii Vacations.  The condos are privately owned & constructions and/or other building shut downs may occur during your stay.  Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise.  The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays.  We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.  If this concerns you, please speak with a vacation rental specialist for more information.

My stay at Discovery Bay unit 2907

I stayed her in unit 2907 from Aug 27th to Oct. 30th. Pros Great location close to all anemities and the bus line. The Food Pantry is just down the street. The building is well secured and has a nice BBQ area on the 5 th. Floor which is clean and well lit for nighttime. Also a nice pool area and two gyms. Large private Lanai where I ate most of my meals. Spacious unit and very quiet except for the sirens which are a constant in Waikiki. The staff at Marina Hawaii Vacations are great to deal with and quick to respond when I had a couple minor issues. Maki made sure the maintenance person came to fix the clogged sink and replace the microwave( which was not working ) the same day. She also helped me to extend my stay due to changes to my flight. The only negatives is that the unit needs some upgrades to its furnishings, particularly the couch and love seat which are in poor shape and the two double beds. They should all be replaced ASAP. If the owner invested $5,000 it would be well worth it. Otherwise everything was good.
