Kitchen appliances, flooring, painting and bathroom were remodeled in 2020. Master bathroom is equipped with a bidet for your enjoyment. New window shades were installed in Oct. 2021 and new air-conditioner in kitchen & living room was installed in Nov 2021. For your convenience, the rental comes with 1-assigned parking stall. Beach equipment such as beach chairs and a body board are included for you to use during your stay.

Walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping center, Honolulu Convention Center and near the Ilikai Hotel, Hilton Hawaiian Village, and the Modern Honolulu. There are two 40-story towers and the towers are connected on the 11th floor recreation deck. The building amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, sunbathing deck and BBQ area, secured entry and 24/7 security. Discovery Bay is perfectly located on the quiet side of Waikiki, yet close enough so you can walk to the main Waikiki strip, the beach, shopping, dining and more. This building is perfect for snowbirds looking for an escape during the winter months, workers on temporary assignment, or residents relocating to Honolulu for work as the condos are fully furnished & ready for move in.

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
