1 Bedroom Yacht Harbor View on the 11th Floor!

The condo #1127 is located on the desirable yacht harbor side of the Ilikai Hotel. Offering great views of the tropical courtyard and the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. The spacious condo has a full kitchen and is fully furnished with a King bed. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon mai tai and evening dinner on the lanai as you watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. Free WIFI & cable TV is included. The condo is kept cool with a window AC unit.

Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled for Phase 3 between May - Aug 2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in January 2027

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is exclusive to hotel guests.

This studio was perfect for a week-long stay with an incredible view from the spacious lanai/balcony. The California King bed is firm and comfortable, AC and wifi worked well. The kitchen is small and you'll need to bring your all salt/pepper/oil. Wish that the floor-to-ceiling windows had blackout curtains instead of meager sun shades.

Having the property manager on site is great. I moved rooms to extend my stay and they were able to help me check in early and avoid a five hour gap. Also helpful when there were no coffee filters in the room. The room needs updating but that is shown and mentioned in the listing. I like the marina view and switching away from ocean view and the direct sun kept the room very comfortable without AC.

When I needed an extended check out the management worked with me. The unit itself, although not one of “remodeled” ones is perhaps one the nicest in the Ilikai, and I have stayed in many units - nicest IF you like simplicity and I do. This is a bare floor, simple furniture, very basic unit. The tv is small, the furnishings minimal - all of which I liked but others might not. It is best suited to one person - or two if you are happy sharing the bed. This is a unit with no “extras” and that is precisely why I liked it and others may not. It is evidently the preferred unit of yogis and yoginis, so that may give you an idea of the minimalism of this unit. If you want an updated kitchen, this is not the unit for you. If you want clean, sparse and convenient, you may be as happy as I was to stay here. I would definitely rent it again.

The view of the marina and sunsets are really nice. It was also neat to be able to hear what was going on in the courtyard from the balcony.

I enjoyed my stay. The location is great. Convenient to everything, and within walking distance to manynrestaurants, shopping , beaches and attractions, but without the noise and crowds of Waikiki. Perhaps the condo’s furnishings could use a little refreshing, but just cosmetically. The condo was very very clean and well maintained. The only thing that was not clean on arrival were the dishes, which clearly were not washed well by the previous guests. I would, and will, stay there again!
