Please note that these amenities are not replenished after the starter supply is used. Each bathroom is stocked with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach towels are also provided in the condo for your convenience. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Built in 1979, Chateau Waikiki stands 38 stories high and is home to 459 condominium residences with all kinds of desirability and appeal. Amenities at Chateau Waikiki inside a heated saltwater pool, barbecuing stations, two fitness facilities, a sauna, and even on-site meeting rooms for personal, social, or business gatherings. A number of gazebos and even a putting green is also found on the grounds at Chateau Waikiki, and in terms of location, many actually love living at 411 Hobron Lane, as it's a little bit off the beaten track, at least from a tourist standpoint.
Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
