Description

Construction Notice 10/20/25: Exterior painting work is currently scheduled from 3/23 - 4/17/26.  During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday.  Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. 

This end unit on the 16th floor of Ilikai Marina offers the best views of the harbor and Waikiki Beach below! Recent upgrades as of September 2024 include luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living room and bedroom, brand new furniture throughout including new queen size mattress and sofa sleeper, 50" Smart TV, and a new refrigerator and small appliances. We've replaced all cookware, dinnerware, glassware and silverware to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable experience during your Hawaiian vacation! A sliding door separates the living area from the bedroom for added privacy. This unit has just been added to our inventory, so there are no reviews yet. But rest assured, it's an excellent condo!

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind.  Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Absolute awesome appartment, so central and such a great view right on the harbour and only 200 metres to the beach, 300 metres to Ala Moana Shopping centre.Only issue was the Check in time 4 oclock is crap.

We certainly had everything we needed. Operating vocational rentals ourselves we were surprised that there were no little things, such as salt and pepper, plastic wrap, foil, etc, things that get left behind from other guests.The coffee filter basket was broken but we made the best of it.Nice location, easy to walk, and we had easy access to a local favorite The Chart Hoose restaurant, which was just off the lobby.

The unit is very clean and looks brand new. Because of that, however, many basic items are not included in this unit - including salt and pepper. Just be prepared. The kitchen includes all utensils you need to prep a meal. The ice cube holders all cracked and were very cheap. It's best to pick up a bag of ice at a local grocery store. Sharper knives would be nice, too. I left a beach umbrella and floatie tube for future guests to enjoy. Mahalo for a pleasant stay!

We loved the fantastic ocean and sunset views from our room, as well as the Friday night fireworks by Hilton, a couple of properties over. The room was recently renovated and just about all the furnishings were brand new. This one bedroom, fully-furnished unit was spacious and very comfortable. Having the trash chute just outside our door was also so convenient. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Honolulu.Additionally, Maki of Marina Hawaii Vacations was so nice and helpful. We really appreciated her friendly assistance.
