This condo requires a minimum 30-night stay.
AMENITIES
We've provided everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay. The unit includes cable TV, high-speed internet, and secure WiFi access. To help you get started, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish soap, a dishwasher packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. These items are intended to get you through your arrival and are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with four sets of towels, and additional blankets can be found in the bedroom closets. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience. Housekeeping services are available during your stay for an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like to arrange service.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor and accept credit card or mobile app payments. A trash chute is conveniently located at the end of each hallway, and the building provides 24-hour security. Parking is available in the building for $35 per day (*rates subject to change). Metered parking is also available along the harbor for $1 per hour. Please note that Ilikai Marina does not have a swimming pool or fitness center. Building management periodically schedules maintenance and pest control treatments. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the lanai. Violations may result in fines assessed by building management, and guests are responsible for any fines incurred during their stay.

As our homes are located within privately owned condominium buildings, occasional maintenance projects, renovations, or temporary amenity closures may take place during your stay. These projects are managed by the building association and are independent of Marina Hawaii Vacations and the property owner. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00pm, excluding weekends and holidays.
