The Marina Hawaii Vacations Office is located on the second floor in the main Renaissance Ilikai Hotel Building, located at 1777 Ala Moana Boulevard - suite 211. The office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hawaiian Standard Time (HST) Monday through Saturday.

General Rental Information

Key pick up is available until 5:00 p.m. Because the office is closed on Sundays and holidays, there is a $20.00 surcharge for arrivals other than during our regular business hours. After-hour key pickup instructions are given in our confirmation letter.

All Marina Hawaii Vacations condominiums are leased for a minimum of one week (note: Discovery Bay requires a minimum one month stay). All condominiums are completely furnished, including linen and have fully equipped kitchens.

Parking, phone service and daily maid service are not included. Maid service can be arranged with the Marina Vacations Office. Phone service is arranged upon arrival. And parking can be arranged through the Ilikai Hotel parking attendant.

Pricing

Monthly and weekly rates are seasonal, and are based on unit locations and amenities. All units are categorized according to Marina Hawaii Vacations standards and are priced accordingly. Categories are: Premium, Deluxe, Standard and Economy.
