In 1935, Hawaiian Properties Ltd., formerly National Mortgage & Finance Co., Ltd. entered the property management business, receiving its real estate license in 1936. Although our name was not changed to National Mortgage Real Estate Corporation until 2000, we have been in the property management business continually since 1935 and are Hawaii's oldest and most experienced property management company. Our parent company has been on Hawaii Business' prestigious Top 250 list since that list's inception.
We offer comprehensive property management and real estate services, ranging from administrative, fiscal and physical management to collection, tax preparation and reserve funding analysis. Today we have more than 2,000 units under management, including commercial and industrial properties, apartments, condominium associations, single family homes and vacation rentals.
We are active members of the Hawaii Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Honolulu Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors.
